A: The free assessment is a pre-session diagnostic that identifies your child’s current skill level. Students complete it online via our Google Form or Boom Cards platform, and scores are automatically recorded in our dashboard. Tutors review results before the first session to create a personalized learning plan.

Q10: How do I schedule a session?
A: After the free assessment is completed, your tutor will review results and coordinate scheduling via our online booking system powered by TutorCruncher. You will receive notifications and reminders automatically.

Q11: Can sessions be rescheduled?
A: Yes. Our system allows rescheduling with advance notice. Sessions missed without notice may count against the package depending on the terms.

Q12: What platforms are used for tutoring?
A: We use LessonSpace for live online tutoring sessions, and TutorCruncher to manage scheduling, payments, lesson reports, and progress tracking.

Q13: How are assessments and dashboards integrated?
A: Assessments are completed via Google Forms or Boom Cards, which feed into a Google Sheets / Data Studio dashboard. Mastery levels, scores, and tutor notes are tracked and can be exported to TutorCruncher for record-keeping.

A: Yes. All student data is stored securely using encrypted cloud platforms. Only authorized tutors and administrators have access to student records.
