A: The free assessment is a pre-session diagnostic that identifies your child’s current skill level. Students complete it online via our Google Form or Boom Cards platform, and scores are automatically recorded in our dashboard. Tutors review results before the first session to create a personalized learning plan.

Q4: How is student progress tracked?
A: Student mastery is tracked using a dashboard that records:

• Formative assessment scores

• Session notes from tutors

• Mastery levels for each skill (1 = Needs Support to 4 = Mastery)

• Progress over time with charts and heatmaps

A: Both a mix of Formative and Summative are given:

• Weekly: Quick Check quizzes

A: Yes. Our system allows rescheduling with advance notice. Sessions missed without notice may count against the package depending on the terms.
